Today, Mr. Makawi serves as the Founder and President of Eagles Landing International Restaurants — the culmination of decades of dedication. Under his leadership, Eagles Landing built a portfolio of over thirty IHOP locations across three U.S. states: Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, establishing him as a formidable force in American franchise dining.

In 2022, driven by a bold global vision, Mr. Makawi expanded Eagles Landing's footprint into the Middle East — operating five restaurants in Doha, Qatar, seven locations across Dubai, UAE, and one restaurant in Alexandria, Egypt, with continued expansion actively underway.What truly sets Mr. Makawi apart is his extraordinary gift as a visionary.
